File extension JAD is the short form for Java Application Descriptor files. File extension JAD is freely available to everyone for non-commercial uses. JAD is a Java decompiler that reads class files belonging to Java and also converts them to Java source files, which can then be compiled again. This file extension, which is a pure C++ program, works pretty much faster than other decompilers written in Java. In simple terms, JAD files are commonly used to package Java applications and games that can always be downloaded in mobile phones.
JPG file extension is used to refer to the files that are used to compress images without losing the quality of these images. Most digital cameras and other photo-capturing devices store images using this file extension. JPG file type is the most favored format for photos and images and allows the use of a lot of color options; JPG supports 16.7 million colors. This file is not suited for creating line drawings, textual graphics, and iconic graphics because of sharp contrasts that are created between pixels that are next to each other. If used for the same, you will notice artifacts in such images.
